Aaahh, Avocados. Any time my taste buds’ Mojo are down, it’s my go to fix.
Avocados have an awesome way of enlivening any dish – salads, sandwiches, wraps, and even breakfast. But you already know that 🙂
Avocado toast for breakfast has made a lot of rounds lately on the news, and I’ve tried it the last two months. I confess I’m hooked! So how exactly does one get their Breakfast Mojo on with these babies? I’ve got a quick & easy version I have on those mornings you just need to get outta the door, but everything seems to move extra slowly. (Especially you). I also have a ‘I’m-feeling-fancy-today’ version with some crunch & fried egg thrown in for kicks.
