Brrr! It’s so cold outside!!
Cold weather like this makes me want to sign up for some comfort food, pronto! You know, like a warm bowl of chilli or soup or hot chocolate. Or Roasted Brussel Sprouts.
I know it sounds dangerously healthy, but you know what – when sautéed in butter and roasted with garlic, the resulting caramelized goodness does wonders for you! What winter blues, again? And turns out, Brussel Sprouts are really good for you – loaded in Vitamin A, C & fiber. It’s great as a side dish or lunch. Did I mention prep time is literally 5 mins? And the savory, soul-warming flavor implosion??
