Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Garlic

Brrr! It’s so cold outside!!

Cold weather like this makes me want to sign up for some comfort food, pronto! You know, like a warm bowl of chilli or soup or hot chocolate. Or Roasted Brussel Sprouts.

I know it sounds dangerously healthy, but you know what – when sautéed in butter and roasted with garlic, the resulting caramelized goodness does wonders for you! What winter blues, again? And turns out, Brussel Sprouts are really good for you – loaded in Vitamin A, C & fiber. It’s great as a side dish or lunch. Did I mention prep time is literally 5 mins? And the savory, soul-warming flavor implosion??




I rest my case.

Here’s to making Roasted Brussel Sprouts that’ll have the pickiest eater in your house coming back for seconds.

Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Garlic

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes

Yield: 4 servings & Flavor Implosion

Hello, flava implosion!


  • 1 pound Brussel Sprouts (I use a whole bag or about 17 brussel sprouts)
  • 3 pods Garlic
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Cooking Oil
  • Either 1 tsp All Seasoning Spice OR the below:
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Thyme


  1. Slice the brussel sprouts in halves, leaving out the ends.
  2. Arrange the brussel sprouts & garlic pods on a baking tray
  3. Drizzle cooking oil and add the Seasoning (or individual spices)
  4. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes till the sprouts have browned and cooked.
  6. Remove from the oven; Peel the garlic (be careful not to burn youself!) - it'll peel super easy since it's been roasted. Leave as whole vs. mushing it.
  7. Add 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar & mix well.
  8. Brace yourself for Flavor Implosion.
